YapStone, a global provider of Web and mobile payment solutions, has been named to the Deloitte 2014 Technology Fast 500, an annual ranking of the 500 fastest-growing North American companies in the technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology sectors.

Bitcoin payment processor BitPay and Bitcoin exchange Vaurum announced that Arthur Levitt, former chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), will serve as adviser to both enterprises.

eBay Inc. announced that Dan Schulman has joined PayPal as president, effectively immediately, and he will become PayPal CEO after PayPal and eBay are separated next year into independent, publicly traded companies. eBay Inc. also announced that Devin Wenig, president of eBay Marketplaces, will become CEO of eBay in 2015.
