SRAX Launches Investor Relations Virtual Assistant Feature in Beta on the Sequire Platform
LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$SRAX #SRAX–SRAX, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRAX), a financial technology company that unlocks data and insights for publicly traded companies through Sequire, its SaaS platform, has announced the beta release of VIRA™, the Virtual Investor Relations Assistant and AI solution specially designed to support Sequire user communication with the investment community. VIRA™ is an AI-powered chatbot, created to interact with investors on public companies’ IR webpages.
A typical chatbot is a computer algorithm that assists users by processing and responding to their queries in a conversational exchange. The goal of VIRA™ is to provide IR information to the user’s website visitors by replacing the need to read complex financial statements and derive important metrics such as revenues and profitability with an easy, conversational question and answer format. Sequire clients can design the chatbot on the platform, then simply install this “virtual assistant” on their own website.
The system is currently in a learning mode, gathering knowledge from its test audience. SRAX has created a space where investors and individuals alike can interact with the bot to help it learn and adapt. This also functions to give clients and prospective clients a first look at the software and a hand in contributing to its growth.
Ask beta VIRA™ questions and she’ll pull from her knowledge base, learn from the input you give her, respond with human-like interactions, and adapt over time. If she doesn’t have an immediate answer to your question in her memory cache, then she’ll learn it, and then pull from that information the next time a similar question is asked.
