Management Acquires Full Ownership of acxell, LLC (“acxell”), a Risk Management Firm Headquartered in East Brunswick, NJ
acxell has been acquired in a management buyout with a 100% acquisition of ownership
EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#banking–Led by Mr. Philip Gonzalez (Managing Director) and Ms. Melissa Taylor (Operations Director), a senior management group at acxell has acquired full ownership of the firm formerly known as P&G Auditors and Consultants, LLC, d/b/a P&G Associates (“P&G”). This management buyout, which closed on January 29, 2021, results in Acxell Holdings, LLC (“Holdings”) successfully purchasing 100% ownership from acxell’s prior owner, BNXOne Holdings, LLC. The new ownership team, headed by Mr. Gonzalez and Ms. Taylor, with the current management team and staff, will continue to manage all aspects of acxell.
