Emory’s Goizueta Business School Increases Access to Graduate Courses for “Non-Enrolled” Professionals
ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Emory University’s Goizueta Business School has announced it will make 19 MBA courses available to professionals who are not enrolled as Goizueta MBA students. The offerings are elective courses from Goizueta’s Evening MBA and Executive MBA programs and span topics including accounting, finance, marketing, general management, operations, and information systems. Emory Executive Education has partnered with the Goizueta Evening MBA and Executive MBA program offices to make the courses available on a not-for-credit basis to those who are not enrolled as MBA degree students at Emory.
“It is even more critical today to bring up to the minute skills and knowledge to your work, whether it be the latest thinking on pricing, the foundations and business applications of fintech, structuring and negotiating private equity deals, mastering new methods of modeling and analyzing data to support decisions, or the concepts and principles in consumer psychology that inform marketing decisions,” said Nicola Barrett, Chief Corporate Learning Officer at Goizueta Business School.
Barrett added: “These are just some of the courses that Goizueta faculty teach to professionals in the Executive and Evening MBA programs that we are now offering to other professionals.”
Each course will be delivered fully online but participants will learn alongside Goizueta MBA students and be taught by Goizueta faculty. The courses begin in January 2021 with most holding one class a week for the duration of the semester (January through May). Two courses are Accelerated Course Electives and can be completed in one intensive week.
Barrett explained, “This is about rethinking how we help business professionals upskill, reskill, and increase their impact and realize the idea of career-long learning.”
Goizueta is offering a limited time 20 percent Career Booster discount to all participants who register for select courses by December 15, 2020.
