Advisor360°’s Newest Platform Upgrades Make the Financial Planning Process Easier
Enhancements to Goals, Proposals, Model Management & Rebalancing, Dependent Workflows, and Documents Help Advisors Keep Financial Plans on Track
WESTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#Data—Advisor360°, a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of integrated technology for the wealth management industry, has rolled out several platform upgrades to improve the financial planning process and engagement between financial advisors and their clients. The enhancements span a range of capabilities, including Goals, Proposals, Model Management & Rebalancing, Dependent Workflows, and Documents.
“We are relentlessly committed to helping advisors grow with innovations that deepen client relationships, facilitate collaboration and improve the financial planning process,” said Suzanne Bohs, Vice President of Product at Advisor360°. “Our most recent enhancements address one of financial advisors’ greatest challenges – getting complete information from clients, which impacts the entire planning process, including making investment decisions and portfolio recommendations.”
Goals and Proposals
The latest enhancements to Advisor360°’s Goals and Proposals capabilities allow financial advisors to develop specific investment proposals within the context of a client’s financial plan or as a standalone investment proposal quickly and efficiently.
Advisors can now integrate family members – who were previously not connected to a household account – so that all the household’s information, assets and liabilities can be updated, synchronized, and aggregated.
The improved functionality means advisors can input more details about clients’ specific goals based on timing and costs, as well as configure various assumptions that impact retirement planning and goal setting, such as inflation rates. Advisors can also build investment strategies directly within the new workflow and tap into more robust charting capabilities. Proposals can be easily generated and shared with clients on screen or as PDFs.
Model Management & Rebalancing
Enhancements to Model Management & Rebalancing allow advisors to manage trading strategies more efficiently and effectively. Advisors can now create and configure new investment models, rebalance some or all of the accounts or households in a model based on investor tolerance or target allocation, and monitor the details of any particular investment model in one central location.
Advisors are also able to view investment models within client accounts and within the client household as a snapshot or with detailed account and trading information that can be configured to meet specific trading needs.
Dependent Workflows
Advisor360°’s Workflows capability has enhanced drag and drop features that allow advisors to organize complex sequential activities into repeatable workflows that can be easily assigned to others – without diminishing the consistently high-quality experiences they provide to their clients.
Users can configure a sequence of tasks so that the start of one task depends on the completion of a previous one, which is important when the order of tasks completed is crucial to the outcome of a project.
The task dependency enhancement also reduces the need for training and monitoring of back-office staff: the system enforces the order of events so that tasks get completed in their intended sequence, regardless of who is assigned to them.
Documents
The company has updated its Documents management system for a smoother user experience when navigating folder structures and finding documents. The upgrades make it easier for investors to upload and share documents securely with their advisor and give more control over the folder structure and management to the advisor.
“We’re continuing to deepen the capabilities of our award-winning platform so advisors and their clients can stay connected through an exceptionally integrated digital wealth experience,” said Bohs. “With less time spent on collecting, organizing and inputting data for financial plans and proposals, advisors have more time for managing investments, advising existing clients and pursuing new ones.”
Advisor360° recently received a 2022 Wealth Management Industry Award from WealthManagement.com for outstanding achievement in unified (all-in-one) systems by technology providers for the rollout of Digital Onboarding.
