Video: Highlights from FinTech Futures’ Banking Tech Insights: Limitless Banking panel and networking event
On Thursday 14 November, FinTech Futures brought together 70 senior-level professionals from banks and fintechs for a morning of invaluable networking and knowledge sharing at our Banking Tech Insights event at 240 Blackfriars.
The day kicked off with an insightful presentation from Dharmesh Mistry and Dave Wallace on demystifying limitless banking and how cutting-edge technologies are revolutionising traditional financial services. Dave an Dharmesh’s presentation was then followed by an engaging roundtable discussion on the components a modern backend needs to enable limitless banking.
We then had a panel discussion on how emerging technologies are shaping the future of financial services, featuring insights from Kam Chana, Head of Product Experience – Analytics and AI, LSEG; Chris Waring, Head of Digital Customer Journeys, Natwest; Conrad Ford, Chief Product and Digital Strategy Officer, Allica Bank; Joe Thompson, CTO, hedgehob lab; and Paul Hindle, Editor, FinTech Futures.
The second roundtable saw plenty of discussion around the products and services customers want from the ‘bank of the future’.
