Brian Harkin named new head of tech and innovation at Centrus
Industry veteran Brian Harkin has been appointed as the new director of technology and innovation at Centrus, a UK-based corporate finance firm.

Bringing over 30 years of financial services experience to the role, Harkin moves from London-based fintech Kynec, where he has been serving as CTO since 2022.
He is also noted as the author of the Galapagos Framework, a leadership development model designed to “help leaders and organisations transform the way they direct digital change”, as per its website.
This “well-regarded” framework, according to Centrus via LinkedIn, has “helped numerous businesses thrive in dynamic environments”, with the firm readily anticipating “the impact he’ll have here”.
Founded in 2012, Centrus is a certified B Corporation that provides financial solutions, as well as advisory and investment services across a wide range of sectors, including real estate, transportation, energy, education, and infrastructure.
The firm claims expertise in areas such as asset management, capital raising, corporate finance, debt and capital advisory, hedging and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, treasury management systems, and valuations.
