UK fintech infrastructure platform Manigo snapped up by Invex Ventures
UK-based private equity firm Invex Ventures has acquired Manigo for an undisclosed sum, just one month after the fintech infrastructure platform entered administration.
Manigo, founded by Stevan Bajic and Olya Parafiyanovich in 2017, offers a proprietary core banking platform, API suite, and white-label solutions that allow businesses to launch cards, accounts, and payment services under their own brand.
Its activities to date include 23 vendor integrations across Europe, Saudi Arabia, and the Americas, including 10 providers of banking rails and three issuing processors.
Announcing the deal on LinkedIn, Manigo says the acquisition “strengthens our Integration Library and Core Banking services, offering increased value to our clients”.
With its acquisition, Manigo becomes the sixth addition to Invex’s fintech portfolio, which currently contains digital banking platform Minted Edge, payment services provider TrustXPay, payment reconciliation software solution ReconX, financial consultancy Nova Global, and API service Minted Connect, according to the firm’s website.
