Redpin strengthens leadership team with key additions
Redpin, a UK-based fintech specialising in embedded software solutions and international payments for residential property, has announced several new leadership appointments.
Nathan Gill joins as chief product officer, having previously held the same role at POS solutions provider Epos Now for the past three years.
According to a company statement, he has been tasked with expanding Redpin’s product offering to include “end-to-end settlement and payment solutions for real estate professionals, with a focus on real estate agents and settlement agents”.
Gill will be joined by Joseph Smith, the former chief revenue officer of Spendesk, who will now assume the same position for Redpin.
In his new role, Smith will focus on expanding Redpin’s market reach by driving revenue growth and forging new partnerships.
Elsewhere, the fintech has also hired ex-N26 engineering director Yoav Flam as chief technology officer; Erin Rieger Zas as chief people officer; Pia Hauch as VP of growth; and Daniel Dvorkin as VP of product engineering.
The hiring spree comes after Redpin, which currently maintains around 800 employees across 10 global offices, raised £140 million from Blackstone, Palamon and Corsair and named Arnaud Loiseau as its new CEO last year.
The former WorldRemit chief says the new additions “mark the completion of our leadership team” and underscore the company’s commitment to a “product and technology-led growth journey to drive change in a large and underserved market”.
