First Global Bank in Jamaica partners Profile Software for digital Finuevo Suite
First Global Bank (FGB), a subsidiary of the GraceKennedy Group providing commercial banking services in Jamaica, has partnered with Greece-based financial software solutions vendor Profile Software to implement its Finuevo Suite for new digital onboarding and loan origination facilities.

Comprising the core banking platform Finuevo Core and digital banking software Finuevo Digital, the cloud-based suite is set to bolster the bank with “completely digital functionalities”, a statement on the partnership claims.
Its application will pertain to certification and digital onboarding, account origination, automatic credit checks, loan initiation, origination approval and monitoring, and credit card origination.
The adoption of the suite’s “modular architecture” is expected to enable FGB to realise its “smart brand strategy” and “rapidly deploy diverse and innovative financial products and services”, the statement continues.
Terry-Ann Graver, COO at First Global Bank, says the implementation “marks a significant milestone in our digital transformation journey”.
“This smart solution enables us to provide our customers with an enhanced digital banking experience, positioning us for sustainable growth and operational excellence,” she comments.
Founded in 2002, FGB operates eight branches across Jamaica, located in New Kingston, Liguanea, Manor Park, Downtown Kingston, Mandeville, Montego Bay, Portmore, and Ocho Rios.
