Stephen Bowe named Paymentology’s new chief product officer
Paymentology, a UK-based issuer-processor, has continued to add to its C-Suite with the appointment of Stephen Bowe as chief product officer (CPO).
In his new role, Bowe has been tasked with expanding Paymentology’s next-gen payments infrastructure, with a particular focus on “seamless” API integrations.
The company also states that its new CPO will “strengthen the connection between Paymentology’s programme management, product, and technology teams, ensuring customer input remains integral to Paymentology’s long-term vision”.
Bowe previously served as the head of user experience and digital media at UBank, a division of National Australia Bank. He then spent over eight years at the Bank of New Zealand, where he ascended to the position of general manager for digital and applications.
Commenting on his addition to the team, Bowe says he is eager to “utilise our collective knowledge and expertise” to enhance Paymentology’s payments processing and issuing product stack.
Bowe joins a wave of recent talent acquisitions at Paymentology, including new CEO Jeff Parker, who joined from Marqeta in December, and Tim Joslyn, appointed as CTO in May.
