UAE’s Zand Bank taps Infosys Finacle to bolster its corporate banking capabilities
Zand Bank, a digital challenger in the UAE, has partnered with the Indian digital banking software vendor Infosys Finacle to integrate a new range of corporate banking services.
The collaboration will see the Dubai-based bank leverage the Corporate Banking Solution suite of Infosys Finacle, a division of Infosys subsidiary EdgeVerve Systems, which is to be deployed via Microsoft Azure.
Michael Chan, Zand’s CEO, claims that the bank’s adoption of the modular core banking system will enable “seamless deployment of digital assets, AI and blockchain technologies”.
In addition, the bank anticipates that Infosys Finacle’s solution will equip it with the tools necessary to “assimilate and process a vast array of data”, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and consequently helping it to deliver an improved customer experience.
Last October, the National Bank of Greece also turned to Infosys Finacle for its banking solutions, as part of the company’s core banking replacement project Cosmos.
