Bendigo and Adelaide Bank taps nCino for business banking upgrade
Australia’s Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has partnered up with nCino to enhance its business banking operations, part of its broader strategy to simplify operations, boost growth and enhance customer experience.
Leveraging nCino’s cloud-based banking platform, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank will be able to automate and streamline processes, deliver a faster time to decision, enhance compliance, and enable bankers to give more time to customers.
Additionally, it expects the banking platform will improve efficiency and deliver a “frictionless” experience for both its staff and its customers.
Adam Rowse, chief customer success officer for business bank and agribusiness at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, says they partnered up with nCino in a bid to “step up our efforts to simplify our business”.
“Our goal is to deliver our customers and staff with best-in-class user experience and to streamline our operations so that we can move at pace while delivering sustainable growth.”
nCino claims to have partnered with more than 1850 financial services providers across the world. Some of its existing Australian partnerships include Judo Bank, Rabobank and RedZed.
