Chase Payment Solutions enlists Gusto Embedded for payroll services
Chase Payment Solutions has tapped Gusto to provide embedded payroll services to its business payments customers.
In addition to its existing offerings of point of sale and payment capabilities to small business customers, Chase Payment Solutions intends to add payroll into its offerings to serve as a “one-stop-shop” for key financial services that businesses need to operate and grow.
Gusto Embedded says its solution allows Chase Payment Solutions’ process of running payroll, calculating and withholding taxes, filing with the right agencies and creating paystubs for employees to become “significantly simplified”, thereby saving time for the business. Additionally, employees will be able to self-onboard, access paystubs and tax documents through an employee portal.
“We have been exploring ways to introduce best-in-class payroll services to our SMB customers,” comments Jessica Young, at Chase Payment Solutions.
“Building payroll at national scale requires deep knowledge and understanding. With Gusto Embedded, we are able to decrease the time to offer a leading payroll service while increasing the value we’re able to deliver to our customers.”
Launched in 2011 and based in San Francisco, Gusto processes payrolls for more than 300,000 businesses across the US. The company launched Gusto Embedded two years ago to allow business software platforms to embed and customise payroll directly into their software via API.
