Keytrade Bank in core banking tech overhaul with Infosys Finacle
Belgium’s Keytrade Bank has partnered up with Infosys Finacle to modernise its core banking system.
The Infosys Finacle Suite will replace Keytrade Bank’s legacy system, helping the bank achieve “greater efficiency, faster time to market for products” and an enhanced customer experience.
Additionally, the bank will also be able to leverage Finacle’s open API repository on cloud, enabling it to integrate with ecosystem partners “easily and seamlessly”.
Keytrade Bank will subscribe to the Infosys Finacle Suite in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) mode, on the Microsoft Azure public cloud.
Sanat Rao, chief business officer and global head of Infosys Finacle, says the collaboration is a “milestone in our expanding presence in Europe and underlines our commitment to helping European banks stay ahead in the digital age”.
Thierry Ternier, CEO of Keytrade Bank, says the partnership “will strengthen the foundations of our company and make us future-proof to tackle the challenges of a fast-moving environment”.
“We have chosen Infosys Finacle as our partner for the program because of their worldwide expertise, implementation plan, and price offering,” Ternier adds.
Keytrade Bank claims to be the first online bank in Belgium and is part of Credit Mutuel Arkea, one of France’s largest banking groups. Its product suite includes daily banking, trading, online mortgages and investment opportunities.
Infosys Finacle is a provider of digital banking solutions, and a part of EdgeVerve Systems, a wholly-owned product subsidiary of Infosys. Its solutions address core banking, lending, digital engagement, payments, cash management, wealth management, treasury, analytics, AI, and blockchain requirements of financial institutions.
