Meridian Bank taps Corserv to launch business credit card programme
Pennsylvania, US-based Meridian Bank has partnered with Corserv, a payment programmes provider, to launch a new credit card programme for its business and commercial customers.
With Corserv’s credit card programme, Meridian Bank will be able to equip its customers with a variety of APRs, rewards and features, as well as “extensive” commercial and business capabilities.
Commenting on why the bank chose Corserv, Jason Rose, vice president of treasury sales and service at Meridian Bank, says: “We found that virtual card support, automated credit-decisioning, extensive spend controls, business self-service features, and free expense reporting from Corserv’s programme allow us to offer specialised features to our business and commercial customers.”
Corserv CEO Anil Goyal says the company’s card issuing programme “minimises the disruption, cost and resources needed for typical card programmes”. Goyal claims it also enables Corserv’s partners to average more than 8% return on assets on the business card programme.
