With over twenty years in financial services, Chris has led analytic, strategic and operational functions within organizations both large and small. Chris is passionate about utilizing data and analytics to develop strategy that brings credit products to market that improve consumers’ lives.
Costin Mincovici
Chief Credit Officer, TBI Bank
Costin Mincovici started his financial career in 2003 and gained experience in banking and non-banking institutions. During his career, he assumed roles in a wide range of positions in the area of risk – among others – credit risk, anti-fraud, portfolio quality. He actively managed a multi-billion credit portfolio.
He joined TBI Bank in 2019 as Chief Credit Officer.
Conrad Ford
Chief Product and Strategy Officer, Allica Bank
Conrad Ford is Chief Product Officer at Allica Bank, named by The Times newspaper as one of the UK’s Top 20 financial technology (fintech) firms and backed by TCV, investors in the likes of Netflix, Spotify and Revolut. Allica is bringing relationship banking back to the UK’s established SMEs, using the latest technology.
Previously, he founded Funding Options – a fintech listed in the 2022 Financial Times FT1000 list of Europe’s fastest-growing firms – before stepping down as CEO in 2019.
Corinne Llelti
Director General, Southern Europe, Provenir
Corinne Lleti serves as Director General, Southern Europe, at Provenir, a global leader in AI-powered risk decisioning software. In this role, Corinne spearheads sales operations in Southern Europe in helping fintech’s and payment providers address their credit risk decisioning needs.
Previously, Corinne served as president of Lletico, a technology startup that helps businesses streamline administrative tasks and understand their overall performance. Prior to this, Corinne served in multiple senior-level customer and consulting roles at Experian for more than 20 years, leading international business and pre-sales consultants, developing annual sales strategies and go-to-market plans as part of their EMEA sales leadership team, while cultivating customer partnerships and exceeding sales targets.
Shruti Khairnar
Reporter, FinTech Futures
