As an AML Associate, you will be working in Starling’s investigation team, which is responsible for detecting and preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. In this role, you will receive training to develop your knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing practices.
Successful candidates will have a desire to start a career in financial crime prevention and benefit from personal and professional development opportunities while working on activities that help Starling Bank in the fight against financial crime.
The successful candidate will support investigations in response to a variety of trigger events that include automated transaction monitoring alerts. You will conduct objective, fair, thorough, and timely reviews into suspicious activity that comply with internal policy and relevant legislation/regulation.
You will also need to communicate with customers to establish circumstances in order to make fair, logical decisions, while also maintaining accurate records of reviews and outcomes.
Data Analyst – FinOps, Funding Circle UK

This role can be flexible remotely within the UK and Barcelona. You will be part of a team who sets out what Crowdcube builds and how. You will be influencing discussions around architecture and will play a key part in conversations about the evolution of the platform.
