Clair Named “Future of Work” Finalist at SXSW Pitch
Social-impact fintech pioneer selected from over 500 applicants to showcase its instant pay technology

Clair was selected from more than 500 applicants to showcase its technology at SXSW Pitch, a flagship event at South by Southwest Online (March 16-20) where leading innovators are invited to present cutting-edge technologies to a panel of expert judges.
Clair will be presenting its instant pay technology, which gives hourly workers the ability to get free instant advances on their earnings, using an easy-to-use mobile app and debit card. With up to 12 million Americans forced to take out high-interest payday loans each year, Clair’s solution offers a much-needed alternative enabling hourly workers to pay bills or cover unanticipated expenses without taking on costly debt.
Clair embeds its product within the punch-clock and payroll apps that workers already use each day, allowing Clair to support small to mid-sized employers currently underserved by fintech providers.
