Visionet and SmartPesa unleash Mobey payment service in Indonesia
Visionet Data Internasional and SmartPesa have launched an mPOS payment service Mobey across Indonesia.

Mobey is a payment and agency banking solution designed for financial institutions and merchants.
According to the duo, it allows banks to extend their network in more than 160 Visionet’s service points across Indonesia.
Merchants can offer card payment services to their customers at “a fraction of the cost” of electronic data capture (EDC) terminals.
“This partnership with Visionet will help solve real-world practical problems by introducing our innovative technologies to the grassroots” says Barry Levett, co-founder and CEO of SmartPesa.
Standalone and mini-POS bundled options are available for the retail segment to facilitate payment.
Businesses can also use a white-labelled Mobey app or their own app with integrated payment, loyalty and agency banking options.
