People on the Move: Michael Moeser, Javelin Strategy & Research
Javelin Strategy & Research has hired Michael Moeser as director of payments for the retail and small business sectors. He will maintain the payment team’s focus on consumer banking behaviors and attitudes, and will also spearhead Javelin’s new small-business banking segment. Moeser has spent the past 20 years advising clients about the rapidly changing payments industry and opportunities in retail and small-business banking. He led the international small-business card portfolio at Visa and also worked with GE Capital, Capital One, McKinsey and Ondot Systems.
