People on the Move: Richard Fisher, Barclays
Barclays has appointed Richard Fisher senior adviser. Fisher has extensive experience in monetary policy, financial markets and services, global trade negotiations and regulatory matters, most recently serving as president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 2005 to 2015. He also was vice chairman of Kissinger McLarty Associates, a strategic advisory firm; deputy U.S. trade representative with the rank of ambassador; and managing partner of Fisher Capital Management, an investment advisory firm he founded.
