People on the Move: Kerry Penfold, Raphaels Bank Board
Raphaels Bank has appointed Kerry Penfold to its board of directors. Penfold, the bank’s operations director, also has assumed responsibility for the bank’s human resources and IT departments. She replaces David Beale, who has retired after 11 years with the bank. Penfold joined Raphaels in 2008 as financial director for Southern Finance, the lending partner of the bank. Previously, she spent five years with ABN Amro and RBS, where her roles included capital product control, working on the Basel II transition.
