People on the Move: Michael Fiore, MasterCard Worldwide
MasterCard Worldwide has named Michael Fiore as the new head of the payment network’s global prepaid strategies. In his new role as group executive, global prepaid solutions, Fiore will oversee the development of MasterCard’s prepaid products, including GPR, employee benefit, travel, gift, incentive and government disbursement products. Fiore has been with MasterCard for a decade, most recently leading the company’s cross-border remittance, P2P and disbursement strategies. He replaces Ron Hynes, who recently left his role as MasterCard’s prepaid chief.
