GiftCards.com, a subsidiary of Pittsburgh-based Wolfe LLC, has appointed Todd Anderson general counsel. As an attorney and strategist, he has been involved in most of the major regulatory, legislative and litigation matters regarding electronic payments during the past decade, including the Durbin Amendment rulemaking, development of mobile payments, interchange legislation and class action litigation.
He also has extensive business management experience, including serving as acting chief operating officer of a multibillion-dollar wireless carrier, working as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, and assisting merchants launch Merchant Customer Exchange (MCX), a mobile payments and offers company.
