Fiserv Inc., a Brookfield, Wis.-based financial services technology provider, recently announced that Mobiliti from Fiserv received the highest score for a customizable solution in the Javelin Strategy & Research 2013-2014 Mobile Banking Vendor Scorecard, a report offering detailed, competitive analysis and ranking of 11 mobile banking providers based on an evaluation of security, mobile platform support, product features and emerging capabilities. This is the third year that Fiserv has been a top-ranked mobile banking solution provider in the report.
The company also was named a Top 10 provider in Chartis Research’s RiskTech100 2014, a global study of risk technology vendors. The RiskTech100 is judged on six equally weighted categories: functionality, core technology, organizational strength, customer satisfaction, market presence and innovation. Fiserv achieved strong all-around scores with particular strength in customer satisfaction, depth of functionality and organizational strength.
