Global Payout Inc., a San Diego-based provider of electronic payment and prepaid card solutions, recently announced that its board of directors has appointed Bill Rochfort president of the company. He also will keep his present responsibility as executive vice president of sales and marketing. Past President James Hancock will remain as CEO. Rochfort began his employment with Global Payout in 2010, establishing a sales and marketing channel for direct and indirect sales.
