Skrill Group, one of Europe’s largest payment providers, has appointed Jonathan Wood vice president responsible for electronic remittance. He will lead the new electronic remittance division, building a team to create the full Skrill remittance product offering. He will report to Craig Doyle, senior vice president of sales and marketing. Previously, Wood was the lead director on securing global outsourcing partnerships at Travelex. He also has worked at Western Union, where he created the European prepaid division, and created and launched the company’s first international proprietary prepaid cards, according to Skrill.
