DFC Global Corp., a Berwyn, Pa.-based financial services company serving primarily unbanked and underbanked consumers, has promoted Norman Miller president and chief operating officer. He has served as the company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer since 2007. Previously, Miller was employed by ARAMARK Inc., where he was group president of sports and entertainment. He also has held positions at Nestle, Kraft General Foods and PepsiCo.
