Amplify Credit Union to swap legacy core processing tech for Fiserv DNA
Amplify Credit Union is converting from its legacy core processing software provider to Fiserv and its DNA platform. DNA will become the credit union’s “new foundation for its member-centric technology strategy”, Fiserv says.
Amplify CU, formerly known as IBM Texas Employees Federal Credit Union, is based in Austin, Texas, with $870 million in assets, 56,000+ members and eight branches.
The new platform, especially its lending capabilities, will help Amplify CU to grow its commercial, SME and real estate lending business lines, according to Fiserv.
“There is nothing more critical than our relationships with our members,” says Kendall Garrison, the credit union’s EVP. “Technology that provides insight into their needs is essential to achieving our goal of making members’ lives simpler. DNA is purpose-built to do this.”
