Mfinance concludes integration platform tender
Kenya-based banking tech provider and integrator NLS Banking Solutions has won the bid to supply an integration platform to Madison Finance Company (Mfinance) in Zambia.
Established in 2004, Mfinance is a non-bank financial institution that provides services to micro companies and SMEs as well as payroll-backed products. It is also licensed to take deposits.
Mfinance has a network of 17 branches across Zambia.
The solution, Tera Integration Platform (TIP), will enable “easy multi-channel integration” and “guarantee 99% service availability to customers even in remote areas”, according to Alfelt Mumbo Abio-Gunda, CEO of NLS.
TIP Channel Manager is already used by a number of banks and financial institutions in NLS’s home market of Kenya, including KCB, National Bank, National Industrial Credit Bank (NIC Bank) and Sidian Bank (formerly K-Rep Bank).
