Encentus Federal Credit Union selects Fiserv’s Portico core processing system
Oklahoma-based Encentus Federal Credit Union has chosen Fiserv’s Portico core account processing platform for digital banking and lending services.
The credit union is migrating from its current providers to Fiserv; and Misty Potter, president and CEO, Encentus, says Fiserv “will empower our credit union with the progressive and innovative technology to drive a more rewarding member experience and greater service efficiency”.
The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) suite selected by Encentus includes Virtual Branch for online banking, Mobiliti for mobile banking, AccountCreateSM for online account opening, Mobile Source Capture for mobile deposits, Loancierge for lending automation and eFichencySM for document archiving. All of the integrated surround solutions can be managed through the Portico core platform.
Encentus was established in 1970, and currently has more than $28 million in assets and more than 4,700 members.
State of the credit union
Fiserv says more than one-third of US financial institutions use its account processing solutions. There have been several recent deals in the US.
Three credit unions converted to Fiserv’s DNA core account processing platform. These were Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, Thrivent Federal Credit Union and Neighbors Federal Credit Union. The projects were a couple of years in the making.
In addition, 25 US credit unions, with approximately $2.5 billion in assets and 250,000 members collectively, committed to its CUnify account processing platform.
