The leadership transition comes amid the departure of group CEO Kamal Hasanov this month, as well as Orkhan Nasibov, who stepped down as chairman of the board in January.
Under new leadership, Guavapay says it will “develop its flagship products, MyGuava and MyGuava Business”, while also exploring new markets and partnerships.
MyGuava is a personal finance app with features including multi-currency accounts, international transfers, virtual and physical cards, and budgeting tools.
Likewise, MyGuava Business provides a refined offering of these features for the company’s enterprise customers, as well as point-of-sale and acquiring solutions and a centralised merchant portal.
Noble joins Guavapay following a short stint as COO of Banking as-a-Service (BaaS) provider and card issuer NymCard. He also briefly served the same position for PSP Monavate, and has also previously worked at Lloyds Bank, Barclays, and NatWest.
