He has authored blogs, articles, and white papers, and has been interviewed on security trends by ComputerWorld, Germany’s DV Dialog magazine, and the American Chamber of Commerce magazine in Japan.
Tatam’s technical career has resulted in dozens of professional certifications, including ISACA’s esteemed Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). He was honoured by IBM as a five-time IBM Champion, a testament to his professional and personal investment in security and compliance, and for his contributions to the global technology community.
Simon Treacy, Senior Associate, Linklaters LLP
As a Senior Associate in the Linklaters financial regulation team, Simon Treacy helps clients anticipate regulatory trends and developments in financial services. He writes regular and ad hoc briefings and thought leadership for clients, as well as producing innovative knowhow for Linklaters lawyers. He provides interactive training on financial services regulation, including horizon scanning sessions.
He specialises in the interaction between technology and financial services regulation. This has recently involved advising on DORA and the UK’s operational resilience regime, as well as AI in financial services and plans for open finance. He also advises on other aspects of fintech and payments regulation, as well as the UK’s post-Brexit regulatory framework. Treacy has spearheaded the development of innovative products for clients and also produces Linklaters podcasts on payments regulation.

Rayna Stamboliyska is the founder and CEO of RS Strategy, the advisory that nurtures entrepreneurs and SMEs with actionable expertise to help them navigate uncertainty. Rayna is an executive focusing on EU digital diplomacy and resilience through cybersecurity, hybrid threats, strategic autonomy, and data protection.
