Dan Corazzi succeeds David Hamilton as Solifi CEO
Solifi, a US and UK-based fintech specialising in cloud-based software solutions for the asset-based finance and leasing industries, has appointed Dan Corazzi as its new CEO, effective 13 January, with current head David Hamilton moving into the role of chairman.
Corazzi joins Solifi from global spend management firm Jaggaer, where he oversaw sales operations and customer engagement strategy as chief revenue officer.
Prior to Jaggaer, Corazzi served various leadership roles at companies including Xerox, ESM Solutions Corporation, and SAP, where he acted as North America financial services COO, as well as SVP and GM of customer experience solutions.
Outgoing CEO Hamilton has led Solifi for over seven years, and is credited with guiding its “strategic transformation” into a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions provider for the secured finance market.
Last year, to fuel further mergers and acquisitions, Solifi landed an undisclosed majority investment from Boston-headquartered private equity firm TA Associates.
