Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union partners Mahalo Banking for digital banking upgrade
Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union, based in Indiana, US, has partnered with Mahalo Banking to upgrade its digital banking capabilities, with specific attention to customer experience and security.
Solidarity will deploy Mahalo’s digital banking platform, which the vendor says will enable the credit union to “streamline online banking processes”.
These processes include online account opening and loan initiation, while the platform will also provide Solidarity’s members with the option to make contributions to charity directly through Mahalo’s adjoining digital donation platform.
Additionally, Solidarity will make use of Mahalo’s credential assurance technology (CAT) to safeguard against fraud and the vendor’s Thoughtful Banking technology to provide neurodiverse functionalities for members.
The online banking tech will integrate directly with the credit union’s Keystone core banking system, which is provided by core processing software provider Corelation and was first selected by Solidarity in 2019.
In comments, Amy Benner, CEO of Solidarity, says Mahalo “outshines other providers” through its provision of neurodiversity support, with options to accommodate colour-blindness and left- and right-hand modes.
“Our top priority is to provide our members with a secure, user-friendly digital experience,” she continues.
