Ohio’s Kemba Credit Union taps Alkami for digital banking platform
Kemba Credit Union has partnered with Alkami Technology to launch a new digital banking platform for its retail and business members.
To power the offering, the credit union has gone live with Alkami’s Digital Banking Platform, which the tech provider says will provide the credit union’s members with self-service tools and “a highly personalised user experience” to help boost member engagement, while also offering enhanced “fraud detection and prevention capabilities”.
Furthermore, the vendor claims that its software development kit (SDK) and range of APIs will equip Kemba Credit Union with the resources to “control the pace of their innovation by customising their digital banking platform to their members’ needs”.
Founded in 2009, Texas-based Alkami provides financial institutions in the US with a cloud-based suite of products covering digital banking, ACH reporting, digital account opening, payment security, and data and marketing.
Kemba Credit Union is the latest addition to Alkami’s expanding client base, joining the likes of Elevations Credit Union in Colorado, Montana’s Intrepid Credit Union, and Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union in Connecticut.
