Gate City Bank goes live with Alkami’s full suite of digital banking solutions
US-based Gate City Bank has partnered with Alkami Technology to deploy its full suite of cloud-based digital banking solutions as it looks to enhance the online banking experience for customers.
The selection includes Alkami’s single platform for retail and business banking, its transaction monitoring tool Positive Pay for ACH reporting, and new account opening capabilities.
Alkami says its tech will enable the bank to offer its customers a more personalised digital banking experience “powered by a dataset that rivals the largest megabanks”.
The partnership will also provide business customers with real-time transaction visibility and “streamlined account management capabilities, empowering companies to effectively manage cash flow and mitigate fraud”, Alkami adds.
Founded in 1923 and headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota, Gate City Bank manages $3.6 billion in assets, serving customers in 23 communities across North Dakota and central Minnesota.
Elsewhere across its digital transformation, Gate City Bank has also maintained a close partnership with Milwaukee-headquartered payments processor Fiserv for over two decades, and has offered multiple merchant service solutions to businesses, including gateways and virtual terminals, through its DNA core account processing platform since 2016.
It was announced last week that Kemba Credit Union in Ohio has also partnered with Alkami Technology to launch a new digital banking platform for its retail and business members.
