Roshini Johri, Head of ESG Analytics, HSBC
Roshini Johri has an extensive hands-on and academic background in AI across multiple sectors including climate tech. She currently leads the HSBC ESG Analytics team who build AI, including generative AI models, and remote sensing-based applications to help HSBC achieve its net zero goals. She is passionate about working with large scale organisations to help think in a systematic and rigorous way about innovation and its convergence with strategy.
Her experience with AI and big data provides the expertise and knowhow needed to approach this with the right sensibility and awareness keeping in mind the growing need for sustainable and ethical solutions.
She is also very passionate about helping organisations develop retention strategies for minority communities and is the founder of the women in machine learning community (2,000+) group as well as AI for social impact both aiming to create positive change and equality in society.
She loves teaching and helps assist Cambridge University with their sustainable finance education initiatives.
Marco Li Mandri, Head of Advanced Analytics Strategy, ING
Marco Li Mandri is the head of ING Analytics Office since October 2023. From this role he is driving the Analytics vision by focusing on the delivery of impactful solutions, the development of the analytical foundation, and the empowerment of talent.
Marco has extensive experience in leveraging data and analytics to empower operational efficiency and product delivery. He has worked as product area lead for Data, Analytics and Management Information at ING KYC tribe DB NL, as well as product manager with focus on AI Strategy at ING Customer Dialogue team, and Vodafone.
Carmen Soini Tourres, Web Analyst Consultant
Carmen Soini Tourres is a seasoned Web Analyst Consultant at Matomo, bringing over a year of experience in enterprise solutions and web analytics. With a strong background in strategic account management, Carmen works to understand and address clients’ unique digital needs through Matomo’s analytics solutions.
