Ocean Bank in Florida joins NCR Atleos’ Allpoint Network
Ocean Bank, a state-chartered commercial bank headquartered in Florida, has partnered with NCR Atleos to enhance cash access and self-service financial solutions for its customers.
As part of the collaboration, the $6.4 billion-asset independent bank has joined Atleos’ Allpoint Network, which currently supports over 40,000 surcharge-free ATMs throughout the US.
This extended reach is expected to bolster Ocean Bank’s ongoing expansion across the state of Florida where, according to a statement, it has recognised the need to “strategically provide convenient physical touchpoints for customers in new communities”.
Describing customer service and convenience as “integral elements” of its mission, Yuni Navarro, executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Ocean Bank, emphasises the intention to provide “high calibre customer service and wide accessibility even as we continue to grow and expand to new markets”.
“Teaming with Atleos allows us to quickly and effectively deliver additional easy and secure points of access for customers where they already live, shop and travel,” she adds.
Ocean Bank is now part of a growing list of financial institutions across the US that are tapping Atleos for enhanced cash access services. This roster includes Seacoast Bank and VyStar Credit Union, which are also headquartered in Florida, as well as Credit Union of America, which inked a deal with Atleos in August.
