Worldline adds Anadolubank Nederland to its growing client list
The collaboration will ensure Anadolubank Nederland’s compliance with new EU instant payments regulations, joining other European institutions like Luxembourg’s Banque Raiffeisen in leveraging Worldline’s services.
Additionally, the bank has opted for some of Worldline’s supplementary services, including stand-in funds checks for continuous service availability and customer sanction screening.
Tolga Koc, director at Anadolubank Nederland, says the new partnership is a “significant step” in the bank’s digital transformation journey, adding the implementation of Worldline’s solution will enable the bank to deliver “real-time, secure, and reliable payment services” to its customers.
Founded in 1974, Worldline operates in over 40 countries with a workforce of 18,000 employees, providing secure payment processing, in-store and online acquiring, and other financial services. The company announced plans in February to reduce its global workforce by around 8% to achieve €200 million in annual cost savings.
