Affinity Plus FCU signs Lumin Digital for online and mobile banking revamp
US-based Affinity Plus has entered into a multi-year agreement with Lumin Digital as part of its strategy to adopt “a fresh approach to digital banking”.
The $4.2 billion-asset federal credit union, one of the largest in Minnesota, is adopting the vendor’s cloud-based digital banking platform to elevate the online and mobile banking experience for its 265,000 members.
The credit union will introduce new features including customised spending insights, financial guidance, tailored savings goals, and fraud protection.
“We are dedicated to providing a best-in-class digital banking experience to our members and investing in technology that will help them reach their financial goals,” comments Maha Brauch, director of digital services at Affinity Plus.
The credit union’s technology stack includes Episys core professing system from Jack Henry subsidiary Symitar and the Architect platform from Fiserv.
Brauch cites Lumin’s “speed to market, conversion track record, advanced technology stack, and uptime statistics” as key reasons for the credit union’s latest selection.
State Department Federal Credit Union in Virginia, Community Financial Credit Union in Michigan, and Eagle Federal Credit Union in New Mexico are also on Lumin’s customer list.
