Forum Credit Union selects Apiture for business banking digital enhancement
Forum Credit Union, a $2.1 billion-asset financial cooperative based in Indiana, has partnered with digital banking solutions provider Apiture to enhance the digital capabilities of its commercial members.
The partnership will see Forum leverage the vendor’s business banking solution to cultivate a more comprehensive online and digital banking experience, with a view to expanding its commercial client base.
At present, Forum services approximately 162,000 members throughout central Indiana with current and savings accounts, mortgages, loans, insurance products and financial advisory services.
Many of these services are mirrored by commercial counterparts, which are further supported through an online interface enabling business members to pay bills, make deposits, view account summaries and perform a range of financial functions remotely.
Combining this remit with the Apiture business banking solution will enable Forum to “deliver the intuitive user experience required by smaller businesses with the sophisticated banking capabilities that more complex commercial members demand”, the vendor says.
Complete with cybersecurity, payment, forecasting and digital account opening features through a network of over 200 fintech partners, Apiture asserts that its business banking solution “prioritises client-requested enhancements without disrupting [the] product roadmap”.
The Apiture digital banking platform, in which the business banking solution is contained, is currently live across a plethora of US-based financial institutions, including State Employees Credit Union, Points West Community Bank, Redwood Capital Bank, Edwards Federal Credit Union and New Washington State Bank, among others.
Speaking on the selection, Cameron Piercefield, Forum’s chief technology and risk officer, states: “The comprehensive functionality available in Apiture’s Business Banking solution coupled with the company’s commitment to innovation made Apiture the right choice for our members and employees.”
