Diamond Credit Union partners Tyfone for nFinia digital banking platform
Pennsylvania-based Diamond Credit Union has selected Tyfone for its nFinia Digital Banking platform to provide digital banking services to its commercial and retail customers.
Tyfone says the credit union chose its tech for its “configurability and ability to meet the digital needs of both members and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in its community”.
The digital banking technology provider adds that the API-driven nFinia platform will enable Diamond to connect with third-party retail and business applications to “support members’ specific needs”.
“We are constantly seeking technology that can enable us to remain competitive and enhance the financial health and wellness of our community,” says Diamond CEO Rick Patel.
“After a rigorous interview process and considering our future technology plans, we knew that Tyfone would be the right choice for our banking platform.”
In addition, Diamond is set to deploy Tyfone’s two loan payment solutions: Skip-A-Pay, an automated loan payment deferral option, and Quick Pay, which facilitates loan payments from multiple sources.
Diamond also plans to join Tyfone’s FedNow Instant Payment Xchange (IPX), an instant payments service that allows account holders to send and receive money 24/7.
Headquartered in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, Diamond claims to manage $1 billion in assets and serves over 66,000 members across the Berks, Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery counties. The credit union was a longstanding client of Cubus Solutions, which Tyfone acquired in 2023.
Diamond adds to a growing list of US credit unions to utilise Tyfone’s tech, including Ohio’s OUCU Financial Credit Union and Silicon Valley’s Star One Credit Union.
