Chopra has proven intrapreneurship and experience collaborating with clients providing innovation, digitisation, multimillion dollar savings and efficiencies for end clients operating model.
He has experience in solutioning and collaborating with the delivery teams for large and complex programs by building strategic and trust based executive relationships, aligning business and technology visions to drive outcomes for clients. Prior to joining Sutherland, Chopra worked with iQor for ten years and AEGIS for four years supporting financial planning & analysis, service delivery, solutioning. He has led teams in multiple geographies (USA, Philippines, and India) and has deep domain experience in banking and financial services.
Dheeraj Maken
Practice Director, Everest Group
Dheeraj Maken is a seasoned leader in the IT/ITES industry with over 11 years of comprehensive experience. Currently serving as Practice Director at Everest Group, he spearheads the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) BPS programme along with the Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC) Operations programme.
Prior to his tenure at Everest Group, he held pivotal consulting roles at Accenture Strategy, Wipro BPS, and TCS, where he specialised in BFSI, Telecom, and IT practices, respectively. He holds an MBA degree from MDI Gurgaon, India.
