UK’s FullCircl names Georgio Anastasi as new CFO
Customer lifecycle intelligence (CLI) platform FullCircl has appointed Georgio Anastasi as its new chief financial officer (CFO), signifying the completion of its recent executive hiring spree.
Described by CEO Andrew Yates as a “young, dynamic and results-driven individual”, Anastasi will succeed FullCircl’s former CFO Steve Blundell, who is moving into a non-executive role.
Tasked with overseeing FullCircl’s financial and business strategies, Anastasi brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership to his new position.
Before joining the UK-based firm, Anastasi spent two years acting as a consultant managing portfolios for private equity firms. Prior to this, he served as head of finance and business operations at With Intelligence and was VP of finance at Preqin.
FullCircl asserts that its latest appointment forms the final piece of its newly-restructured leadership team, a move which was actioned in an attempt to shift from a founder-driven senior team to one that is C-suite-led.
This change in direction was evident this February, as FullCircl announced three new executive appointments, with Hema Marshall as chief revenue officer (CRO), Amy Musk named as its new chief operating officer (COO), and Immy Tugcu as VP of product.
Yates describes this transformation of the company’s structure as “the next building block in FullCircl’s journey”.
