B2B micropayments platform DT One names Claudio Di Zanni as new CEO
DT One, a digital business-to-business (B2B) micropayments platform, has appointed former Moneyfarm chief operating officer Claudio Di Zanni as its new CEO.
Allan Green, chairman of DT One, says Di Zanni’s appointment comes as the company readies for its “next phase of innovation and growth”.
The fintech cites Di Zanni’s “solid track record of leadership and success” at numerous multinational digital enterprises as the driving force behind his recruitment. The company believes his expertise will be pivotal in advancing its global growth strategy.
Before joining DT One, Di Zanni served as the COO at digital wealth management firm Moneyfarm for nearly two years. Prior to that, he held a number of leadership positions at WorldRemit, a UK-based money transfer company, where he rose through the ranks to the position of managing director for the Americas.
Founded in 2005 and based in Singapore, DT One’s platform enables businesses to transfer gift cards, bill payments, data bundles, gaming pins, and mobile top-ups. The firm claims to serve a network of over 2,000 mobile operators, digital apps, retailers, and mobile wallets across more than 160 countries.
Di Zanni joins a growing cohort of recent CEO appointments at global fintechs, including Steve Vickers at Pomelo Group, Nalin Negi’s promotion to permanent CEO at BharatPe, and Martin Greweldinger, who last week became sole CEO at Avaloq.
