US-based Primary Bank appoints Crystal Dionne as new CEO
Primary Bank, a state chartered commercial bank based in New Hampshire, USA, has announced the appointment of its now former chief financial officer (CFO), Crystal Dionne, as its new president and CEO.
Dionne first joined the bank eight years ago and has spent the last six years as its CFO.
Bill Greiner, Primary Bank’s chairman of the board of directors, states that Dionne is “uniquely qualified” to continue the bank’s work in supporting local businesses throughout New Hampshire.
Primary Bank says that its new CEO has the necessary experience to further its local objectives “having served in various capacities for multiple non-profits, most recently as president of the Bedford Rotary”, adding that Dionne “fosters a strong New Hampshire community focus”.
Additionally, as part of her 25 years of financial experience, Dionne worked as the town of Bedford’s tax collector before being promoted to its director of finance.
Founded in 2015, Primary Bank provides financial services for businesses and individuals across Southern New Hampshire. It is headquartered in Bedford with additional branches in Derry, Manchester, and Nashua.
Dionne’s promotion follows a string of new CEO appointments recently, with Andrew Irvine (NAB) and Jonathan Thompson (Alba Bank) also assuming the role of CEO of their respective banks.
