Quai Digital selects WealthOS as new strategic technology partner
UK-based wealthtech WealthOS has secured a contract with Quai Digital, a provider of white-labelled digital savings solutions, to become the firm’s new strategic technology partner.
Founded in 2019 and backed by Barclays, WealthOS provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform which it claims can help wealth managers achieve their “digital transformation three times faster and 40% cheaper” by providing them access to its integrated ecosystem of third-party vendors via APIs.
The new partnership will see Quai Digital leverage WealthOS’ composable solution in combination with its own proprietary software to support its existing clients. The company currently claims to manage over 200,000 accounts, which includes ISAs, GIAs, and SIPPs.
In addition, Peterborough-headquartered Quai Digital will look to utilise its new partner’s software capabilities to help it realise its growth ambitions, with plans to launch more products and services in the wealth management space.
WealthOS’ CEO and co-founder Anton Padmasiri hints that Lifetime ISAs and fully digital drawdown pensions will be just two of the future financial products produced by the pair.
Speaking on the company’s new strategic partner, Quai Digital’s CEO Tony Webb states that WealthOS’ “depth of technical expertise” complements the firm’s “in-house credentials”, adding that the collaboration will enable the company to “grow our operational capability”.
