Personetics appoints Udi Ziv as new CEO as co-founder David Sosna steps down
AI-powered personalised customer engagement platform, Personetics, has announced the appointment of Udi Ziv as CEO following company co-founder David Sosna’s decision to step down after a 13-year tenure.
The fintech, which claims to have 135 million clients and serves over 130 financial institutions globally, is planning future expansion, with Ziv stating his intention to lead the “next chapter focused on rapid growth at scale”.
Personetics’ AI technology examines financial data in real-time at customer touchpoints, gaining insights and predicting their financial behaviours. The fintech’s solutions enable institutions to forecast customer requirements, provide actionable insights, and automate financial wellness programmes.
Ziv has extensive CEO experience having most recently held the position at Kissterra, Earnix and Pontis. Additionally, he also served as president of software developer NICE Systems, and performed the role of general manager of small business solutions at SAP for over six years.
Speaking on the new appointment, outgoing CEO Sosna says: “With his deep understanding of our target market and proven track record in enterprise software, Udi Ziv possesses the precise capabilities needed to steer the company through its next phase of growth.”
